How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

To estimate when your parcel will arrive, please consider the following two factors:
1. Handing time for the product (e.g. Usually leaves our warehouse within 1-2 business days)
2. Shipping method. (DHL, UPS, FEDEX express would cost about 5-10 business days. Airmail Post will cost 15-25 business days for most countries. Shipping by sea will cost more than 30 days. )

What Is Your Return or Exchange Policy?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase or wish for an exchange, simply return the item(s) in its original condition within 30 days of receipt. Shipping & handing cost are not refundable.

How To Make Return or Exchange?

Place item(s) in the original shipping carton, or any kind of packaging that protects the item, include a copy of the invoice, and indicate on the back of the invoice the reason you are returning the item(s).

A refund will be issued, excluding shipping and handing fees, within 5 business days of receiving your returned package, and the period for your refund to the account is 2-5 working days. Return postage fees are only refunded if the return is due to an error on our part.
