2.About the Returns
2.1 Return or Exchange Policy
30-Day Return Guarantee:
Customer satisfaction is our top priority.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase or wish for an exchange, simply return the item(s) in its original condition within 30 days of receipt. Shipping & handing cost are not refundable.
2.2 Warranty Returns
CHANCS MOTOR will happily honor any valid warranty claims, provided they are submitted within 1-year of receipt of items. Customers will be required to pre-pay the return shipping. However, we will reimburse you upon successful warranty claim. Upon return receipt of items for a warranty claim, you can expect CHANCS MOTOR to process your warranty claim within 7 business days. Once a warranty claim is confirmed, you will receive the choice of the refund to your payment method, a refund in store credit, or a replacement item sent to you (if stock is available).
2.3 Return Due To Change Of Mind
CHANCS MOTOR will happily accept returns due to change of mind as long as a request to return is received by us within 30 days of receipt of the item and is returned to us in original packaging, unused, and in resellable condition. Return shipping will be paid at the customers’s expense and will be required to arrange their own shipping. Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed to store credit for a future purchase. We will notify you once this has been completed through email. (CHANCS MOTOR) will refund the value of the goods returned but will NOT refund the value of any shipping paid.
2.4 How To Make Return or Exchange
Place item(s) in the original shipping carton, or any kind of packaging that protects the item, include a copy of the invoice and indicate on the back of the invoice the reason you are returning the item(s).

A refund will be issued, excluding shipping and handing fees, within 5 business days of receiving your returned package, and the period for your refund to the account is 2-5 working days. Return postage fees are only refunded if the return is due to an error on our part.
